After many years operating out of a temporary location in Chelsea, Health Innovations is excited to announce the opening of a new permanent office! With plenty of on-site parking and conveniently located near the Chelsea Commuter Rail/Silver Line station, the new office is spacious and better equipped to handle the needs of all of our patients.
For now, the new location will have the same business hours as the previous location, Mondays and Wednesdays from 10AM to 4PM. We hope to extend these hours in the coming weeks as we become more settled in the new space. We will continue to offer the wide range of services that Health Innovations is known for.
